Goblins Curriculum Materials Notice
Last Updated: October 23, 2026
This notice explains what you confirm when you tell Goblins that your school has access to a publisher’s curriculum, and how Goblins uses materials related to that curriculum. It adds to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply.
1. What You Confirm
When you choose a publisher curriculum in Goblins and check the box to confirm that your school has access to it, you confirm that:
your school or district holds a valid license, subscription, or other lawful access to that curriculum;
your school or district authorizes you to use that curriculum’s materials with your students; and
you will use those materials in Goblins only within the terms of that access.
Your confirmation applies to your school. After one teacher confirms a curriculum, other teachers at the same school can use it in Goblins without confirming again. If you are not sure whether your school has access, ask your school or district before you confirm.
2. What You Permit Goblins to Do
You permit Goblins to host, store, process, and display packets, worksheets, and problems related to that curriculum. We show these materials only to teachers at schools or districts that have confirmed access, and to the students those teachers assign them to.
3. Publishers and Trademarks
Their appearance in Goblins does not imply publisher sponsorship or endorsement of Goblins. Curriculum names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners. We use them only to identify curricula.
4. What Goblins Does Not Do
Goblins does not sell publisher materials. Goblins does not claim ownership of publisher materials. Goblins does not grant or sell access to any publisher’s curriculum: your school’s access comes from the publisher or from its license terms.
5. If Your Access Changes
If your school’s access to a curriculum ends, or you confirmed access by mistake, teachers and administrators can use their usual Goblins support channels, such as email or their customer success contact, to update or remove the school’s confirmation for that curriculum.
6. Questions About a School’s Access
Each school or district is responsible for its own license or other access to the curricula it uses in Goblins. A school’s confirmation states its own permissions. If you own rights in a curriculum, or act for the owner, and you have a question or concern about a school’s use of that curriculum, please contact that school or district and resolve it with them.
7. Changes to This Notice
Goblins may change this notice from time to time. We will post the changed notice on this page with a new date.
8. Contact Information
